Memorial Weekend

This long weekend is great for auto racing fans...Monaco Grand Prix(biggest race for F-1) and Indy 500(biggest race for Indycars) both happen on this long weekend. F-1 race was kinda boring with pretty much no lead changes. However, Indy 500 was totally unpredictable due to rain. In the end, Dario Franchitti won the race..., this guy's wife is Ashley Judd...

Isn't it cool to be a race car driver? Makes lots of money, have hot girls all around you... and most coolest of all is that you can SPEED!!! But of course you could also die in an instance and you're always on the job... or racing on Sundays... so I wonder how many racers are Christians? Maybe perhaps this is why God didn't let me become a race car driver!!! ;)

This weekend we have also firmed up our guest list for our wedding..., we'll probably have about 280 guests!!!! But luckily, my weight number didn't go up that high..., this morning, I'm only weighing in less than 180 lbs!!! ;) I've also scanned lots of old pics into the computer this weekend..., hopefully we can finish the slide show soon... I've also started with the TV stand. Due to various reasons, my design has changed... so it's not going to look like what I had drawn earlier..., hopefully it'll look better!!! We also took my parents, Daniel and Darren to see Shrek 3 over the weekend. I don't think it was as good as the previous Shrek, but it's not too bad I suppose. It's interesting that the love of my life is more like Shrek and I'm more like the Princess regarding having babies. ;)

Whew! Lots went on during this long weekend..., but Memorial Day is suppose to be about remembering the veterans. US sure have fought a lot of wars... some are indeed memorable... and some we probably wish to forget... O God, may our current war with Iraq be ended soon... and with good results.
